These general conditions of sale govern all commercial transactions carried out by Thibaut Pakiry Unipessoal Lda, hereinafter referred to as the \"Company\".<\/p>\n
By placing an order for services with the Company, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these general terms and conditions of sale.<\/p>\n
The company offers plumbing and unclogging services, including, but not limited to, repairs, installations and maintenance of plumbing systems and unclogging of drains, sinks and drains.<\/p>\n
Service requests can be made by telephone, email or via the Company's website. The Company will provide a detailed quotation free of charge before carrying out any service. The estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.<\/p>\n
Service prices are quoted in euros and include all applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full at the end of the service, unless otherwise agreed. The company accepts payments in cash, bank transfer and credit\/debit cards.<\/p>\n
The services will be carried out at the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. The Company undertakes to carry out the services within the agreed timeframe, except in cases of force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n
The company guarantees the quality of the services provided. In the event of problems or defects arising from the provision of services, the customer must notify the Company within 14 days of the service being provided. The Company's liability is limited to the value of the services provided and does not include indirect or consequential damages.<\/p>\n
The customer can cancel a service request free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. In the event of prepayment, the refund will be made within 14 working days.<\/p>\n
The Company is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its customers. The information collected will only be used to manage transactions and provide the services requested. The client has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data, as established in the applicable legislation.<\/p>\n
The Company reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time. The modifications will apply to all orders placed after the publication of the new conditions on the Company's website.<\/p>\n
These general conditions of sale are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these conditions shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Lisbon.<\/p>\n
